Exchange And Return Policy

All Scala gears products can be exchanged for a change in size and any manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange your order back to our office.

If the required size is out of stock for particular product, then the customer can choose from available products or wait till the size of the ordered product back in stock.

Customers are requested to take a picture of defective part or product and mail us at contact@scalagears.com or contact to customer care number on +918655503041.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (within 48 hours of receipt), our customer representative will get in touch with and guide you on the further process.

If the products are not received in the below condition, it will not be exchanged.

Exchange of item can be done only when – If its unused, unwashed and undamaged condition along with the original sales invoice, packing, tags and label etc. Within 10 days of its delivery, product must be sent to us for an exchange.

Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging. We need to get all products with their packaging back in new condition. Place all goods in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container for packing.

All shipments must be paid by customers, packages shipped COD will be rejected.
